Real Estate Administrator / Personal Assistant
About the Role
SANTÉ Properties is seeking an experienced Real Estate Administrator / Personal Assistant to support daily operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have UAE real estate experience and knowledge of property portals, CRM systems, documentation, and DLD procedures. Responsibilities include managing listings, preparing property documents, coordinating with developers and clients, maintaining records, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and dubizzle
- Prepare Forms A, B, F, and other property documents
- Maintain client and property databases
- Update and maintain real estate CRM systems such as PropSpace or BrokerPad
- Handle Trakheesi and DLD-related processes
- Coordinate with developers on bookings, contracts, EOIs, and documentation
- Follow up on paperwork, payments, and required documents
- Assist with daily administrative activities
- Communicate with clients, developers, and real estate agents professionally
Requirements
- Previous UAE real estate experience is required
- Strong English communication skills
- Knowledge of Dubai property portals and CRM systems
- Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
