Design Lead – Landscape Architect
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Design Lead – Landscape Architect to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of high-end residential and commercial landscape projects, manage client relationships, oversee design development, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, ensuring project quality standards, mentoring junior designers, preparing presentations, and managing project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings and presentations
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Review drawings and design packages
- Supervise junior architects and interns
- Coordinate with CAD and visualization teams
- Track project progress and milestones
- Maintain quality standards throughout projects
Requirements
- 4–6 years of landscape architecture experience
- Experience managing client relationships
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
